En voor diegene die er de voorbije edities niet bij waren nog even het concept (en ja, het is in het Engels aangezien het meestal ook met internationale traders is):
Wargames convention 2015 aims to please! More than ever before!
Thunderbolts Gent and Red Barons Gent will make the 2015 edition an even better experience for those who attend every year and have loyally done so over the past years. On top we are looking for new ways to make everybody, including the new and the young, enjoy the Wargames Convention throughout the day.
We will ask from all participants, historical miniature gamers, fantasy and sci-fi miniature gamers, amateur and professional developper and also (and even more than previous years as we try to build a complete gaming community in Belgium) boardgamers to organise at least one participation game, that will be publicly announced, preferably in the early or late afternoon. We are quite aware that that not all of those will be equally succesfull or will have lots of attendees, but the principle that they are available should draw in more players to start or continue playing your games over the years.
From this it should be clear that not only historical battles will be played or replayed. We aim to promote and develop the sci-fi, fantasy, steampunk, and other aspects of the hobby as well. We hope this takes the interaction and cooperation between players and enthousiasts to the next level!
An important part of the convention we are setting up is the introduction of new games. Following up on the huge successes of crowdfunded games we would like to present and offer an introduction and explanation of these new games to you. We will therefore be inviting some of the game developers to the convention to allow them to make you buy into their games

Boardgames and miniature games, to satisfy your hunger for all kinds of games entirely!
