Ik bestelde 2 sagrada's voor mij en een vriend van mij, en een pakje sleeves voor Scythe voor een vriendin. Na een aantal dagen kreeg ik bericht dat Sagrada niet op voorraad is en niet leverbaar is (nooit meer?) en dat het volledige bedrag is teruggestort... Op de vraag waarom ik dan de sleeves voor scythe niet geleverd krijg of dat ik best even wil wachten tot Sagrada weer leverbaar is wacht ik tot op heden nog op bericht........

Communicatie is niet hun sterkste kant...

Mijn ervaringen zijn juist erg positief. Gisterenmiddag een mail gestuurd over feit dat ik mijn wachtwoord niet meer kon resetten. Ik had binnen 10 minuten antwoord en een oplossing.

Nee, ook nu krijg ik geen reactie..

Beste Zedaeni,

Even geleden bestelde je enkele exemplaren van het bordspel Sagrada. Tot onze spijt konden we deze bestelling niet afleveren en we hebben jou dan ook een mailtje gestuurd met uitleg alsook onze gemeende excuses voor dit voorval. Hierbij hebben we de hele aankoop meteen terugbetaald.

Zoals vermeld hebben we onze leveranciers gecontacteerd, maar jammer genoeg kregen we het bericht dat Sagrada voorlopig niet meer verkrijgbaar is.

We vinden het ontzettend jammer jou te moeten teleurstellen en we willen jou dan ook onze nogmaals onze excuses aanbieden voor dit ongemak.

Mochten we zicht krijgen op een nieuwe levering, dan bent u de eerste die het weet!

Eindelijk is het weer zo ver: Gloomhaven is opnieuw beschikbaar!!

De releasedatum werd bevestigd voor dinsdag 19 juni. De exemplaren bevinden zich momenteel al in de Benelux en er zal dan ook geen verder uitstel van de leverdatum meer plaatsvinden

Beste Spelvogel,

Ik heb gezien dat jullie Gloomhaven ook via bol.com verkopen.. Jammergenoeg vragen jullie daar alleen 159.95 ipv 135 euro. Ik vind dit erg jammer aangezien ik nog wat krediet heb op bol.com en dat dus graag zou gebruiken om het spel mee aan te schaffen.

Is er een mogelijkheid dat jullie de prijs op bol.com kunnen matchen met jullie eigen website of is er wellicht nog een andere mogelijkheid?

Ik hoor graag wat van jullie want zou deze aankoop graag willen maken.
