Dear gamers,
After one and a half years of tests, trials and experiments in the on-line business, we have reached the decision to cease selling games via mailorder. The decision was not easy for us. We have struggled to compete in a difficult environment, but we must realize that we did not succeed. The number of competitors that offer the same goods as we do, only for lower prices, lead to a severe decrease in turnover. We had to evaluate our business model. Did we purchase goods at overpriced conditions? Did we strive for too high a margin? We have constantly asked questions, and tried to fight costs with verve, until we reached a point where it was increasingly difficult for us to identify with the service we provided. Less than that is impossible, and even more: undesirable.
Therefore we ask for your understanding that we have to cancel all existing back- and pre-orders, effective immediately.
In a couple of days we will begin our clearance sale. All items in stock will be offered at reduced prices. Please use our on-line shop to order. Orders will be accepted and delivered only while supply lasts. Orders will be processed in chronological order, so the earlier an order is placed, the more likely it is to get all items desired.
We want to take the opportunity to thank you for the trust you expressed with your purchases over the last one and a half years.
Kind regards
Your
