several of your BGG-guys asked for detailed information about the new expansion.
So I deliver insight into some rule details.

First we have six new place tiles- four of them are very new; two of them have new icons.

the wainright gets a new symbol, because of the new bonus card “2x wainright”

the caravansary gets a coffee bag symbol to make this tile more attractive

now the new place tiles:

guild hall
you draw two guild cards, and take one plus one coffee bag
in the later game you can skip your whole movement and play instead one guild card. You do the effect which is written on the guild card, e.g. take 5 coffee bags or maximize green wares and get one ware of each other (blue, yellow and red)

roasting plant
you can “buy” 2, 4 or 6 coffee bags by paying the denoted costs

taverna
pay 2 coffeebags to move the barrier between two tiles. Each opponent can´t move over the barrier, you can !! (you get an barrier-tile for evidence). Afterwards you do the action that one of the adjacent tiles provides

pay 1-2-3-4 coffeebags for each tile to get one special ability-tile
first: you can move straight ahead instead of “normal”
second: you can use the ability of the governeur, smuggler or coffetrader for free, if you visit them

pay 4 and a special combination of wares to take one ruby from any tile with a ruby band

coffee house
deliver X coffeebags and get one ruby
