Er komt weer een nieuwe standalone Forrest Shuffle aan. Dit keer worden Noord Amerika aangedaan. Of Asmodee deze ook in het Nederlands uit gaat brengen is mij niet bekend, maar gezien tot nu toe nog alles van Forrest Shuffle in het Nederlands uit is gebracht acht ik de kans groot.

A new continent awaits in the Forest Shuffle universe: After exploring Central Europe in Forest Shuffle and the wilds of southern England in Forest Shuffle – Dartmoor, this new standalone game invites players on a journey to North America.

As the third standalone game in the Forest Shuffle series, Forest Shuffle - Smoky Mountains takes us to this popular North American National Park. Building on the familiar gameplay of the series, it introduces new species and clever twists in mechanics. This keeping the experience as fresh as the bubbling waters on the new terrain cards!

New terrain types centered around water, playable on their own or tucked as universal waters under trees.
New synergies between flora and fauna, all revolving around the element of water
In addition to a variety of species around the water, the game is also home to various large animals, such as black bears or bobcats.
Once again, the player who collected the most points, wins.

Wij hebben de basis en uitbreidingen van Forest Shuffle en nu sinds kort Dartmoor. Dartmoor hebben we 1 keer gespeeld. Leuk spel weer, met een paar andere dingetjes die je kunt doen met grotkaarten. En we zijn in Dartmoor geweest dus leuk om die landschappen te zien. Maar of het nu voldoende anders is als je de basis met uitbreidingen al hebt? We zullen Dartmoor (vooralsnog) niet weg doen en we zullen de twee versies afwisselen. Maar ik denk dat je ook prima afkunt met 1 van deze versies. En of dat Smoky Mountains nog iets drastisch anders toe gaat voegen daarin om dan die versie te hebben, dat verwacht ik niet. Wil hem natuurlijk wel een keer spelen als deze uitkomt.
